The more research I do, the more I get your point that duality is everything, sun and moon, twins, everything is a dual. or spirits also, the trinity has always been something interesting. There will good and evil. Goa and Satan. So many things that we have forgotten.
The two primary forces are dual, but the universe is Trinary. Then thereβs the major and minor chords and the three that are the basis of songs with all of the intervals in between. Sacred geometry is a fascinating study. π
A very balanced and well-thought out take on all this, thank you. I subscribe to similar insights and have very much enjoyed Sri Aurobindo's explanations on the Origin of Evil. He points to one side of duality: Life, Light, Consciousness, Truth, and Love. Then he points to the other side: Death, Darkness, Ignorance, Falsehood and Suffering.
Falsehood and Ignorance are pretty much responsible for the rest. Duality is a big piece of it, but also as you point out, not all of it. You have Oneness, OD void, the Trinary and Triple Triad and all the rest. All fun stuff to explore. :)
It's interesting you mention Sri Aurobindo because I referenced him multiple times in my last article. I don't base my philosophy on his work, but I've always been drawn to it. Over the years, I've read a few of his books, but that's about it. I know he and the mother were some of the prominent figures on the spiritual path.
Iβll check out your other article when I have time! And yes his works are very dense to dig through but I have loved them. The Mothers works and talks as well. My primary appreciation for their works has been the divinization of matter AS involved divinity, rather than an evolution that we must reach beyond ourselves.
