Terms of Service for Wizzan Temple

Welcome to Wizzan Temple, a publication and community space authored by Zzenn Loren (the "Author"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wizzan Temple Substack newsletter, website, and any related content or services (collectively, the "Publication").

By accessing, reading, subscribing to, or otherwise using the Publication, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Publication.

1. Relationship with Substack

The Wizzan Temple Publication is hosted on Substack, Inc. ("Substack"). Your use of the Publication is also subject to Substack's own Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies. These Wizzan Temple Terms are supplementary to Substack's terms. In case of any direct conflict, Substack's terms shall prevail regarding the platform's functionality, and these Terms shall prevail regarding the Publication's content and community standards.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid Subscriptions: To access premium content, you must have an active paid subscription. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the subscription page.

• Billing: Billing is managed through Substack's payment processor (Stripe). You are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your Substack account settings. Your access to premium content will continue until the end of your current billing period.

• Refunds: Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused content.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on Wizzan Temple, including but not limited to text, articles, images, illustrations, logos, and audio/video materials ("Content"), is the exclusive property of Zzenn Loren and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By subscribing, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Republish, reproduce, distribute, or display any Content from this Publication without explicit prior written permission from the Author.

• Create derivative works based on the Content.

• Use the Content for any commercial purpose.

• Share subscriber-only Content with non-subscribers.

4. Community Guidelines & User Conduct

Wizzan Temple is intended to be a sacred and intentional space for exploration and discussion. By participating in comment sections or other community features, you agree to uphold the spirit of this space. You agree not to post, share, or transmit any content that:

• Is unlawful, hateful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or discriminatory.

• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

• Contains spam, unauthorized advertising, or solicitations.

• Is off-topic, disruptive, or intentionally inflammatory.

• Violates the privacy of others.

The Author reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, moderate, or remove any user-generated content and to terminate or suspend access for any user who violates these guidelines, without notice or liability.

The Author reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, likely via an announcement within the Publication. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Publication after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
